The Hotel Colosseum Marina welcomes you as host and organizer of The Great Batumi Night Race and the 23 AIMS World Congress 2020. The congress itself takes place in our partner hotel Hilton Batumi. You can use our shuttle service at any time or you can walk about 10 minutes on the fantastic Batumi Boulevard directly on the beach of the Black Sea from hotel to hotel.

- Lunch costs during the Congress time - GEL 43.00 (ca. 15 US Dollar / ca. 13 EURO) per person/day

Changes and withdrawals in registrations:

- The room can be cancelled free of charge till March 20, 2020
- Cancellations after March 20, 2020 will be charged 100% of total reservation fee
- One month before arrival all bookings should be guaranteed by payment

Currency
Dear delegates!
Most of you will not be familiar with the Georgian currency. That's the GEL, that means Georgian Lari. A Lari has onehundred Tetri. The Tetri is rather uncommon. Currently, a GEL is about 0.30 Euros or 0.34 US Dollar. For a rough, fast conversion, it makes sense to divide the GEL amount by three. You can easily get cash at numerous banks and ATMs. In case of questions we are always at your disposal.
